In this section, you can exercise your right of withdrawal from your order pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/05. The withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of delivery for non-perishable products with their packaging still intact.
Return shipping costs are at your expense. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase, subject to verification that the legal conditions have been met.
