If you need to add text or provide graphic instructions, please follow the indications in question no. 4.
If available, please send vector files (.ai - .pdf - .svg - .eps). Otherwise, we also accept formats such as .jpg, .png, .gif, etc.
Once the order is confirmed, the webpage will redirect you to the reserved area. In the “Notes” field you can specify the tape background color as well as any additional details and specifications.
Once the order is confirmed and the customization file is submitted, our graphic department will process it and send you a preview via email for your review. We can make all the changes you require until your final approval.
If you wish to reorder a custom tape, you will not pay the printing cliché cost. Therefore, please contact us to receive a discount code to remove the printing setup cost.
The standard polypropylene tape (art.7625AN-Y) is noisy when unwinding and has a thickness of 25 microns (excluding adhesive), while the high-performance polypropylene tape (art.7628ht) is silent when unwinding and has a thickness of 28 microns (excluding adhesive).
For sealing standard cartons up to 30 kg, STANDARD PPL tape is sufficient.
If you need a stronger, stickier tape with silent unwinding, we recommend HIGH-PERFORMANCE PPL.
The print file will be graphically adjusted, while the maximum printable dimensions are (for standard size 66x50):
- Max printable length 400 mm (repeated along the entire tape length, e.g. 66 meters)
- Max printable height 46 mm
Production and shipping times for custom tapes are approximately 3–4 weeks from the date of print proof approval.
For other types of adhesive tapes already in stock, shipping times are 2–3 days from order receipt.
