Use 3M Cubitron II depressed center grinding disc for higher performances than competitor products in terms of cut and lasting.

Our grinding wheels contain 3M Precision Shaped Grain, ceramic grain that offers an exceptionally precise cut generating little heat and with a lasting significantly longer than the others products.

3M PSG (Precision Shaped Grain) ceramic mineral creates triangular peaks that engraves instead of drill it as the traditional abrasive.

The peaks self-sharpen with the points  breakdown in order to create a super speed cut 

In this way, it minimizes the heat due to the friction and it reduces  the risk of burnings and crakcs caused by the heat stress.

The depressed center allows to excute the grinding from any angle,  without damaging the sourrounding surface.

Our griding discs  features a resin-based hard bonding , they are 7 mm thick and they are useful to remove the weldings from inner corners.

They must be used with a protection that fits their measurements.

The grinding wheels must have a maximum operating speed greater than or equal to the maximun speed of the grinder used.
