Made with non woven fiber unitized  structure and uniform grain distribution, the unitized wheel EXL produces professional and uniform results in  polishing welding, deburring for aircraft as well as mixing and finishing on a variety of metals, plastics and composite material.

We have choosen the EXL material in the harder densities for an extreme resistance, supplying aggresive cut power for an effective edge and corner deburring without damaging the piece.

The lower densities are soft and comforbale, suitable for finishing shaped surfaces.

The disc features the Convenient 3M™ Roloc™ attachment system for replace the wheel easily and quickly. 

The Roloc discs allow the use of both the edge and the surface of the wheel without stop the fixing.

Grades available : Fine, medium and coarse.

Our 3M Roloc quick-change discs  are smaller and they are designed to be easily and quickly connected to the Roloc cushion (sold separately) to replace handily the discs for several activities or finishing process with more steps.

The Roloc system provides a safe fixing even for heavy applications and the variety of 3M Roloc discs available allows to swap from one application to another in a few seconds.

Scotch-Brite surface conditioning products feature abrasives incorporated into non-woven nylon or synthetic fibres.

Combining abrasives with the fibres creates an abrasive system that delivers consistent results for the life of the product.

The open-web material runs cool, reducing the risk of part discolouration and warping.

The fibres are load resistant and keep the abrasive minerals cutting at high performance by limiting clogging of the fibres, which also extends the life of the disc.
