Product description

3M epoxy adhesive DP110 guarantees high shear and peeling resistance on metals and several plastics and allows differential temperatire changes among the substrates. This quick-setting two-component product features medium viscosity and it has a handling time of about 20 minutes and ahderes flexibly on a wide range of different materials. It is suitable to various substrates, including metals, pottery, glass, wood and several pastics. It is dispensed with minimum dripping for a controlled and precise application.

Epoxy adhesive belong to the class of "structural" adhesive, including polyurethane adhesives, acrylic, cyanoacrylate and more over. Epoxy materials show firstly as liquid reactive polymer that undergo a chemical reaction once mixed and polimerize, creating a solid material. Once the two parts are mixed in their specific ratio, they start to polimerize and offer a limited processing time in which it is possible to apply the adhesive and place the two surfaces as needed.
