Special FFP2 disposable respirator without valve - CE certified

FFP2 disposable respirator with 5 layers without valve and 0598 CE certfied according to the EU Regolation 2016/425 and B+D certified by SGS, European Notified Body.

It has been tested according to UNI EN 149:2001+A1:2009 FFP2 NR.

Validity of the cerificate verifiable on the public database Nando-SGS 0598.

It is a Category III personal protective equipment.

The following features make this respirator practical, efficient and comfortable:

• Ultrasonic structural seals without glue or solvents
• Nose clip coated with double core in high flexibility.
• Elastic resistant to traction of 20 Newton.
• 99,5% BFE Filtering power 

Applications:

• Respiratory protection (of the user of the mask) against aerosolized (sprayed) liquid or solid particles or suspended in the air (found in the air).
• Protection (of the user of the mask) against infectious agents .
• Use the mask only to filter vapours, PM 2.5 particles, pollens, pollini, bacteria and other sold particles.

Materials:

-First layer: TNT in spunbond polypropylene as external protective surface 

-Second layer: melt-blown filter in polypropylene elettrostatically charged  

-Third layer: melt-blown filter in polypropylene elettrostatically charged  

-Fourth layer: ES etilene-propylene fiber

-Fifth layer: TNT in spunbond polypropylene as internal protective surface

Filtering power at 95 l/min:

NaCl >94%

Paraffin oil >94%

Respiratory resitant:

Inspiration at 30 l/min: <0,7 mbar

Inspiration at 95 l/min: <2,4 mbar

Expiration at 160 l/min: <3,0 mbar
