Right of Withdrawal for Private Users

Pursuant to Art. 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Art. 54-bis (introduced by Legislative Decree 209/2025), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason and without incurring costs other than the return shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal is considered exercised at the moment this declaration is transmitted, provided it is within 14 days of receiving the product.
