3M DP760 epoxy adhesive is a high performance product perfect for metals, and composites materials. It features high heat resistance and a double cartridge with 2:1 ratio. Thixotropic product with high temperature resistance (up to 230 °C), it can stay open for 45-60 minutes and it reaches manipuòlation time in 4-6 hours. Ideal to:

  • Bond aluminium;
  • Bond metals;
  • Assembly small junctions;
  • Structural bonding;
  • Finishing and moulding attachment.

3M DP760 epoxy adhesive is a hard two-parts adhesive that hardens at room temperature and does not drip. It has beeen designed to be used in applications that require particularly resistance to high temperatures.  

What are the epoxy adhesives? Epoxy adhesives belong to the "structural" adhesive class, which include polyurethane, acrylic, cyanoacrylate and others more. Epoxy adhesive are made as reacitve liquid polymers that undergo a chemical reaction if mixed and then polymerised, creating a solid plastic material. Once mixed int their specific ratio, the two components start the polymerisation process.
